A few days ago I celebrated my first birthday as a mother (32)! Joe and my mom and everyone else made the day very special for me! I am only sad that birthdays happen once a year:-(
It started out by Joe letting me sleep in for an extra hour while he took Aria and played with her. For breakfast he made me coffee and delicious French toast. I then met my mama friends for a picnic lunch in the park (it was warm and sunny). After the lunch Aria and I took a long walk. We met my mom and Joe back at the house where I got to open presents (my favorite part;-) We went out to dinner to a Mexican restaurant I always wanted to try right here by our house -Nuestra Cocina. By that point Aria was getting a little tired and cranky, but she was so wonderful the entire day!! We came home, put Aria to bed and ate cake while watching the Olympics! What better birthday could a mama ask for? Thank you everyone for making this day so special!
