Joe and his brother went to the National Forest today to get our Christmas Tree. It is a great deal, because by getting a $5 permit you get to go find and cut your own tree. There are designated areas from where you are allowed to get your tree, which helps the forest service thin out dense areas. Plus, we think it is much more satisfying than going to a lot or a farm. Our tree looked tiny among the huge trees in the forest, but it turned out to be just the right size when Joe brought it home. Aria loves playing with the ornaments and Smoke already has found a sleeping spot underneath it. Here are a few pictures.
