On May 3rd Aria Rose turned 3! It was an exciting day as Joe's parents are currently visiting us and we got to celebrate Aria's special day with them. We decided not to throw a big party. We just wanted to have a fun day with our girl. I think the day was a success. It started with presents in the morning, a trip to the park playground, a trip downtown to view some of the performances going on (May 3rd happens to be a national holiday here, so lots of things were happening everywhere). It was warm, so we played at a fountain for a while and ended the day with chocolate ice cream. Here are a few pictures from the day :)
