BoJo Family: Simon Wolf Eichenauer

On November 4th, 2013 we welcomed our second child into our team BoJo family! Simon Wolf Eichenauer was born at 6:59am weighing in at 7lb 7oz and 20.5in tall (laying down). The labor and delivery went much easier and faster than our first one, and I got to catch Simon on the way out. This was an amazing feeling and I'm so glad I got to do it. Simon has already started nursing like a champ and loves sleeping in our arms. Physically I recovered very quickly. Nursing is also going very well, after only a week of sore boobs and nipples. Simon is growing and becoming his own little individual. We (the adults) are trying to adjust to this crazy new sleeping schedule, and Miss Aria is adjusting to being a big sister and sharing her home, love and affection with a small screaming human being. It is going as well as could be expected. We take two steps forward and one step back, but all in all it is going OK. I keep reminding myself that this is just a phase and it will get better :) We are so grateful to all of our friends and family for taking such good care of us. Countless dinners, dog walks, grocery runs, baby soothing, and Aria entertaining. We couldn't have gotten through these first few weeks without the help! We truly are lucky!
